CANCELLATION, RETURN, REPLACEMENT AND REFUND POLICY

How to return an item for refund or exchange:

To give you a full refund the item must be in a resalable condition, i.e. the condition in which you received it.

Pack the item/s safe and securely, ensure the items are in a re-saleable condition (i.e. brand-new condition, in original outer packaging or equivalent). If packages are sent crushed or are sent in a bad condition, we will not be able to give you a full refund.

  • Please include a return note inside the parcel so our returns team knows exactly what to do with it.
  • Send your parcel back to us at our head office address.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note : We advise customers / Independent Distributors to take all the necessary precautions to ensure that their parcels are sent via secure and reputable courier company.

What happens next?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund has been approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 12 days of delivery if you asked for a refund. If you asked for an exchange, we will have the exchanged product dispatched to you within 5 days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at company email Id.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Return Policy

In case Distributors / Customers has received any damaged product, he/she can exchange it from where he/she has got the delivery of the same within 10 Days of the delivery.

Distributors / Customers can return unsold products to Company within 30 days from the date of purchase with original Invoice as per return policy of the Company. Such products are must be into resalable condition.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at company email Id.
